Sizing…decision time! Help

I’ve got my pre op appointment on Wednesday with Mr Mounir. We are finalising which size I should go for.

I had my original surgery 10 years ago and had 340cc unders. I’m currently a 32dd/e but I wand to go bigger I’m thinking 550cc? Do you think it’ll look crazy big? I don’t want to look really fake?
Im 5ft3 and a size 8/10
