Hey girls I’ve got my op booked for Monday 15th, but after reading on here i’ve read that a lot of people get boob envy and wish they had sized up. Im currently a 28D (32B basically) and 5’2 weighing 7 stone. my original surgeon (mr miletto) didnt want me to go further than 250cc but i switched to dr samouris whos letting me have 325 and 350 which i was happy with at the time but i have another consultation with him tomorrow because i dont want to go too small (i’ve heard that implants look smaller when they’re actually inside you).

Just wondering if 350 to 400cc is a big jump? they’re also round, high profile and semi-textured (might ask for smooth instead because i’ve heard textured ones are linked to cancer etc..). i really dont want them to look unnatural or ‘fake’ on me because i am quite small and my arms are quite skinny lol.

    thank you!! xx

I had 550cc and honestly they are no where near as big as I thought they would look. Everyone I have ever spoke to that has had BA wish they would of gone bigger x

Hi. I’m having surgery on Saturday 20th April. I’m 5 foot 10, 8.5 stone and a 34B. I’m having 325 in one side and 350 in the other. That’s the biggest the surgeon recommended for me because of the width of the implant and I’m very slim. He said they obviously can’t guarantee cup sizes but 350cc is around 2 cup sizes so hoping I end up a D cup. Just try them on and have what you feel happy with. Hope you make a decision. Please can you let me know how it all goes as I’m getting a little nervous now the time is getting closer. Good luck

I had mine done last year. I’m 5ft 3 weigh 8.5st I had 375cc high profile overs and they feel big enough to me, glad I didn’t go any bigger but I think it all comes down to the the width of your chest and if they can fit the width of the implant in. You may feel or see the edges of the implant more if you go too big but the surgeons are the experts and if they don’t think it will fit I’d hope they would say so xx

It depends on what kind of look you want, there’s about 125/150cc per cup size if I remember rightly and you lose 50cc if you have unders or so I was told. When I had my first implants in 2015 I had 375cc HP unders and I was so disappointed with them. I still wore push up padded bras because I felt they still didn’t look how I wanted.

They will look bigger on your frame with you being slim, but if they could fit the bigger implant in I’d take it personally. I ended up having a re-aug this year to 650 which again sounds huge but they aren’t that big on my frame! I’m 5’5 and 9st. Good luck with your op xxx

@CALEY, Do you mind me asking what bra size you were before? I’m having 350 and 375 and yours are a perfect size but mine are an A to begin with 🙂

Yeah lauran i wish i went a little bigger but tbh they’re not a bad size or anything at all. Just hoping that they look better and fuller when they drop and fluff!
