Sizing help girls

I’m having my ba on Monday 12th September ( 2 days ahhh) and reading what other girls are posting I’m nervous I’ve picked the wrong size. My surgeon has ordered loads of different sizes but I was planning on having 350cc in right and 375cc in left which would bring me to an E cup. But I’m a 32B already! Has anyone had the same size and been a B before surgery? I’m scared they will be too big!!
