    Hello girls I had my BA on Monday and sleeping propped up when can I lay flat? Xx

    im not sure hun but the I’m still sleeping propped up and my back isn’t liking it! the nurse told me to sleep up until she sees me which is on monday so i will ask her then and let you know x

    Lol you’ll get there, yes that’s awful, I got a numb bum lol at first… I’m 3 weeks tomo and still sleeping propped up, as it’s still a bit uncomfy on my side still, someone also says it helps drain the fluid away? Get a hot water bottle for your bum it helped me a bit… My o.h must be fed up with me I have half the bed full of v pillows and about five others pmsl. Hope u get to sleep more comfy soon. Xxx

    Hey hun, im 3weeks post op and have never slept upright. My nurse told me it makes no difference so to do what is comfortable for me. It was sore at first but I got full nights sleep! I had minimal swelling and my boobies dropped and softened after a week xx

    A pillow under your bum/upper thighs, so your knees are slightly elevated, will do wonders. I’ve been sleeping like that for the last 12 days and no numb bum 🙂
