I keep waking up these last few days and I’m led on my front. There’s no pain or discomfort or anything but I know ive been told not to sleep on my front. Anyone know why this is? I suppose it’s ok if when I’ve realised I’ve rolled back over onto my back? HELP x

Hi Sof, I mentioned sleeping positions to my nurse yesterday (7days post op) she said they advise sleeping propped up for 7-10 days because of the swelling. .

I’ve woken last couple of nights on my side and put myself back into position. I think that if your body din’t want to do it wouldn’t move! Days 1-4 I woke as I’d gone to sleep….upright!!!

Hope your recovery is going well xxx
