So I’m 4 weeks post op and have been able to sleep on my side for the past week but I’m scared to even lie on my front let alone sleep on it…. When have you post op girls been sleeping on front if you ever have.? I still sleep with 3 pillows as I’m scared if I only have one I will just roll over with out noticing and might damage then.
