sleeping?

how long do I have to sleep upright? I can never get comfy x

I started to sleep lay down on my back about 6 days xxx

Im only 3 day and trying to sleep is driving me crazy its so hard and my strapping is making me really itchy xxx

I started sleeping on my back at 1 week post op once I had strapping off and nurse advised that I could. I know that feeling gosh I remember I could never really get comfy either and ended up with a soar back or soar bum lol but hopefully you can at 1 week post op too but ask your nurse when you get your strapping off.
