Sleeping

Had my operation yesterday and I’ve had 3 hours sleep total.. I’m struggling to sleep on my back as I’m getting a bad ache.. Does anyone have any advice please? Also how long till I can sleep on my side? Xx

I read someone say she was 6 days post op n was still sleeping on her back! Do you have a v pillow? Is that not helping?? I have my op on wed and iv tried sooo hard to sleep on my back i just cant! So i hope we can sleep on our sides soon enough happy healing x

Hey @sammorrison my v pillow is being delivered today! So hopeful that’ll help hehe, I did manage to grab a few more hours sleep, by laying like twisted but with my chest flat it that makes sense? When’s your operation? You can add me if you like and talk more x
