I’m really struggling to sleep on a 45 degree angle. I start off sleeping at that angle and then wake up led on my back straight. I get so much pain when I get pulled back up straight, it feels like the implants are dropping onto my incisions OUCH ? any advise for sleeping upright ?

I’m 9 days post op, I sleep with 3 pillows set like a slope. I don’t end up waking up in different positions and I can get in and out of bed on my own quite comfortably now 🙂 xx

Yeah I found putting a pillow under my bum stopped me slipping and it was waaaaay more confortable too (I kept waking up with a numb bum before that!)

I have been on the sofa for the last two weeks , i have a cushion, a pillow sloped on that then another two pillow laid across against the arm of the sofa. Stops me moving at all and prevents hubby wacking me in the night arh ? x
