Hi Ladies do any of you have problems sleeping after the op? when do you feel comfortable to lay flat ( just In general not just sleeping flat)
quite concerned about sleeping and not getting none! x
I didn’t go with MYA i no ma patients seem to be told to sleep up right though…. I wasn’t told how to sleep, I sleep on my back propped up a bit with a few pillows how I slept in hospital, as long as it’s not on your front or side just try n get comfy you need sleep xx
