Has anyone got any advice on how to make sleeping more comfortable? I usually sleep on my side or my front so sleeping on my back is horrible. Also finding im getting a bad back from being propped up so much and waking up all the time :(. Any ideas? Xx
Hey Hun I’m the same – I get so uncomfortable and have to get up every couple of hours for a walk around. I’ve propped cushions up so I’m at 45 degrees and I’ve put one cushion under my legs (like behind my knees) which I found has helped my bank pain a bit. I might resort to sleeping on the sofa soon! X
Ahhh I might try the cushion under my knees. Ive been thinking the same. Found napping on the sofa yesterday easier than sleeping in bed so might just stay down here haha x
Yeh sleeping is really uncomfortable. The v pillow helps a little and I also got a blanket and made like a nest for myself which I sleep in. It’s more comfortable than having lots of pillows I found xxx
Yeah I’m feeling so crap today – thought the pain was supposed to ease over the following days but mine seems to be getting worse. I’ve never felt so dosgusting in my life and I can’t do anything for myself feel totally useless! X
I’ve been have terrible sleeps too.

lastnight i got a full nights sleep for the first time i was well shocked this morning. x
I feel disgusting too. Just want to shower :(. I hope this all eases up over the next few days cos im feeling pretty low today :(. Im scared to lie on my back or side incase my boobs permanantly move over haha. Ellie how are you? Feeling any better? Xx
Ive been feeling pretty rubbish too girls, can’t sleep properly, bloated, can’t shower and got some nice spots coming out wear my breast band is. I just keep thinking it will all be worth it in a few weeks time. Hope you figure something out soon xx
I got a v pilliow.. still finding it so uncomfortable though I am 4days post op, my back and bum is killing me! So are my shoulders.. anybody know how long it is before you can start sleeping on your side? Or is it just when you feel comfortable to do so?xxx
oh and Eilish thank you for asking. feeling much better today. yesterday i was such a state,crying my eyes out and just feeling so down. i wanted the implants out at that point and was really regretting it all but feel much better today. my partner has just washed n blow dried my hair and I’ve had a shallow bath.feeling abit more of myself. just sat and painted my nails and done my makeup for the first time in a week so think its boosted me a bit.
got my 1 wk check up app tomorrow so lets see what they say. my left boob still doesn’t feel good xx
I feel so ill off these antibiotics. Spent the past 2 hours wretching but nothings coming up. Stomachs in agony ? . Ahh ellie im so glad you are feeling more yourself now 🙂 lets hope that everythings ok at your post op and its just the healing process making you feel that way xx
I bought a 12ft body pillow on groupon and i think it’s why I’ve been sleeping so well I’ve been so surprised as I can only sleep on my side or stomach usually but the pillow has been fab I just get in the middle of it like a v pillow and put all my other pillows on top and because it’s that big I can wrap my leg round it too it’s amazing !
Ah Hun 🙁 what tablets you taking? The co codomal done me in and today I’ve stopped it and I feel so good for that. I’ve heard the anesthetic can make you feel depressed as well? Maybe that’s what’s been happening to me too. I hope your sickness goes soon for you feeling sick is the worse xx
They gave me a penicillin free antibiotic cos i get a rash with amoxycillin. Id rather have a rash than this. Im shaking, cant eat, cant be sick cos i cant eat ?. They only gave me ibuprofen and paracetamol as painkiller and i havent used it xx

Aww that must feel so horrible for you. Are you feeling weak from not eating as well? Having this pain then that on top I can’t think of anything worse 🙁 feeling it for you xx
@ellie2015 I think it was about 25£ but it’s amazing I get all cosied up in it but I bought it so there was a barrier between me and my partner incase he hit me during his sleep lol xx
Im hopefully going to the docs today to get a different antibiotic. I cant take that one anymore. Was up all night :(. No appetite at all. Feel like crap :(.
I looked in to getting one of those body pillows they looked amazing but it was like the day before my surgery i saw them haha xx
