Any girls got any advice with regards to sleeping. I only had my op on Monday and my back is already hurting so bad from constantly sitting up and sleeping sitting upright. I have a v pillow but last night I hardly slept as I just could not get comfortable. Thinking about buying some Kalms sleeping tablets for the next few nights just until things ease off? Xx

Hi I also had my op on monday. I have 3 big pillows staggered in height then my v pillow on top of them and then sort of lean into one side of my v pillow. I’m not sleeping fully upright as the way the cushions are positioned means im leaning back slightly on them and it’s so comfy!!x

I have 3 pillows behind me and the V pillow on top then I place a pillow under each arm / on top of my stomach for extra support, when I take the painkillers they knock me out for 3 hours at least so I’ve slept really well Monday night and last night!
    Hope you’re okay 🙂 x

Hey girls try few pillows on top with your v pillow then buy a long sausage shape pillow /Bolster pillows to put behind your knees to take the pressure of your back and stop u slipping down this works a treat I had 12 weeks of sleeping like that with my uplift n implants x

Pop one pillow under your bum then one under your knees to hold you in place 🙂 I also had one either side of me and two behind with my v pillow on top. It gets better trust me I’m one week PO and sleeping on my side already xx

Probably not the best advice but I took some Kalms a hour before bed- let me sleep through the night!
