sleeping after rhino

I know that sleeping is very uncomfortable for girls after BA and they get v pillows etc but what about after rhino? Is it really uncomfortable? Any tips? I have my first consultation on monday but I know I will forget some of my questions!! Thanks 🙂 xxx

Yea try and get a v pillow it’s so comfortable and your supposed to sleep a little elevated as it helps with the swelling in your nose! Also it stops you from rolling over in your sleep which you want to sure make doesn’t happen because you don’t want to bang your new nose x

Get a V pillow, I got one and it really helped me sleep! I’m 7 days post op now, and i still take it everywhere is so comfy haha x

I just got mine from eBay in the end (a new one though, not used one haha) but you can get them from loads of places like Asia etc. xxx

You can get them from Argos they a triangle v pillow or something like that ladies, they also come with a free pillow case!:) they’re £9.99. I brought one as I’m having breast surgery in August and I’ve well and truly fell in love with it!!!
