Sleeping and the rest

Hi all,

I am now 10 days post op and it appears I am one of few people that have had next to no pain except day 3. I would just like to know when I can sleep like a normal human being and not the elephant man. My PC said 6 weeks but no chance of that happening. Thanks in advance x

I got told I could lay on my back after 1 week however it wasn’t nice waking up as it felt like I had something sat on me.
I didn’t have much pain either, was only uncomfortable to do things, which I was made up with and I had unders so was expecting it to be awful! I’ve ended up sleeping on my side aswel now as I’ve been rolling over in the night. Not notice any issues and boobs feel so soft compared to a few weeks ago. Got my 6 week check on 12th aug! Can’t wait. Hope ur healing well xx

Thank you Antonia, I do wonder about the lack of information I have been given. I will see how I feel lying on my side. I bet you can’t wait for that, I’m counting down the days but as you can imagine its a little while away for me yet x

I slept on my back day 2 post op just needed help getting up I started to sleep on my side 2weeks post op!

Thanks Zoe I’m still sleeping on my back because I am aware they are there lol x
