When can we sleep flat on our backs? My post op discharge info is contradictory. Linda’s sheet says it’s ok to sleep on back flat after 2 weeks, the mya one says sleep upright for 6 weeks.

I literally can’t do it, I can’t sleep at all. I need sleep or I’m going to kill someone.

When did you all lay flat?x

I was told 45 degree angle for 2weeks and then the remaining 4 are flat on back. As long as you’re not on side or front you’re ok. After that, anything.

It’s two weeks unless you’re stated different. Then 4 weeks on your back. Only 5 days left! I cannot wait! X
