Sleeping flat on your back

Hey girls had my op on Tuesday and have been sleeping (not much ) sitting up when can I start to sleep flat on my back

They told me that i should sleep laying flat until im completly healed, and they wont set in the pockets proparly..i would wake up laying flat and i would be in so much pain..im 3 weeks post op and i can only sleep on my side now x
