Sleeping in breastband and bloating

So I’m 6days post op now and starting to feel slightly more human.
Only thing is my strapping+breastband+sports bra are driving me insane!!
Last night I’d finally had enough and ripped the band off and actually managed to get a half decent nights sleep. I put it on again first thing this morning and have worn it again all day. Has anyone else taken it off at night and worn it in the day? I really can’t bare it

Also still massively bloated to the point my belly button has popped out like it did when I was pregnant. Stopped takin the pain killers days ago. Any idea when this will pass??

Sophia I feel your pain, Brest band is driving me mad to and have been told today still need to wear for another 3 weeks. I am wearing mine all the time as I have been told it encourages the implant to drop, I was told today could take off for max of 2 hours. My stomach and rib are are all bloated not a nice feeling hopefully it will go soon.
