Sleeping laid down

Hey girls
Had my BA on friday, slept sat up for 3 nights and it was so uncomfy! Last night slept laid down, much better nights sleep.. but I’m wondering if this is bad? :/ love my new boobs would hate to ruin them lol

Hey hun, i slept upright for 2 weeks. Im sure it doesnt make 2 much difference. Just helps swelling etc. Stick 2 what they say xx

I slept upright for nearly 3 and ahalf weeks because of swelling but it’s do uncomfy was giving me back ache just phone your nurse and ask but I just did what they told me Hun xxx

Def stick to the 2 weeks Hun, it helps with swelling and you want the to settle on the south side. You don’t have to be completely upright but def 45degs! Get a v pillow if u don’t have one x

im 9 days post op seen the nurse yesterday morning and she told me i can sleep lyin down now it seems like ppl get told al sorts diff things x
