Sleeping on front??

This may sound silly, but will I ever be comfortable lying on my front? I’m 12 weeks post op and when I attempt this my boobs feel like they’re going to pop! It wouldn’t usually bother me but I am desperate to get a shoulder massage. Xx

Hey Alexandra, I’m 8 weeks post op and had a massage at the wkend. I haven’t lay on my front at all so was pretty anxious about it. I let the girl know though and she gave me a memory foam pillow to lie on, it felt weird at first but wasn’t too bad! I did make sure you didn’t put too much pressure on my back though xx
