Lean on your side, not on your front, does that make sense? So stay on your side, try not to roll or lean towards your front
I was sleeping on my side at day two, and front by week two, as I felt up to it. Listen to your body though, because it knows best xx

Me too since day five and by 10 days I woke up on my front! It didnt hurt tho, so I was OK with it, although still too scared to go asleep on my front! x
