Sleeping on my side

I’m 13 days po and I started sleeping back on my side a few days ago, is this ok ? I don’t want to cause any damage to my boobies haha x

I was told not to sleep on my side until 6 weeks. In fact, I was only told at my 7 day post op appointment I could lie flatter, but still elevated as the implants are settling into their pockets.

I think it’s way too early to sleep on your side! xx

Thanks for your reply! Il start lying on my back again, just a pain cause it’s so hot and I’m an awkward sleeper xx
