Sleeping on side 9 days post op?

In so tired haven’t actually slept properly since last Wednesday ! I can now sleep on my side apparently but I’m so scared will it do any damage ? Also my left hurts still even I do try to go on my side so is that a sign I’m not actually ready xx

I’m about to try sleeping upright for the first time. Not sure how up right I should even be but I’ve got a worrying feeling I’m gonna turn in my side/front when I’m asleep coz this is how I usually sleep. Eek x

I have no bum after sleeping upright it’s horrible ! Just make sure you got loads of pillows supporting you at the side so you can’t turn. Xx

If it hurts atall id say its a sign u shouldnt yet xx

It’s so frustrating because my boobs only really hurt when I have the Macom on as. Soon as its off they feel normal an its usually only my left xx

I sleep on my side and im 10days and its so comfy it hurts to lie on my back now gets really uncomfy. I slept on my side on day 5 but tried my hardest not to but now i cant help it haha xx

I kind of done it last night I slept much better! im not worrying over my left incision though its really sore compared to my right xxx

I wish I could sleep on my side!!! I’m 4 weeks post op and it pushes them together and feels horrible 🙁

that’s the feeling I hate! my left one drops a bit and it hurts! maybe try putting a small pillow between them?xx

I’m also 9 days post op and am considering sleeping on my side for the first time tonight haven’t even attempted it yet as was scared it would hurt, fingers crossed be okay.

Also Rinaule- my left boob is also really sore my right one is fine doesn’t even hurt anymore but my left feels painful quite often. I’m quite worried about it may call nurse if still hurts tomorrow. Mine seems to be more where I had the drains in the side then in the actual incision but not sure the whole area hurts. 🙁
