sleeping on side/not wearing a bra???

So on monday im 6 weeks post op, i had 325cc HP unders from an A cup. My patient coordinator hasn’t contacted me since my surgery neither have any of the nurses unless ive called them first as i had a few issues with my body rejecting the stiches.
Im SOOO confused when are we aloud to go braless and when can we sleep how we want?

Have you had a 1 week/2 week check up and are you due your 6 week check up.? The nurse will assess how you look at your 6 week check up and advise you according to you individually and what your surgeon suggests. X

Hi Hun no sleeping on side till 6 weeks unless nurse says other wise and depending on sugoen with regards to going braless my sugoen told me to wear a bra for bed basically for the rest of my life as he told me to think of them as weights and after awhile they will sag if not looked after xxx
