    I’m the same Ruth, I’m probably waking up every hour with the discomfort and getting pretty fed up with it now I can tell you.
    I almost dread going to bed now because I know what’s coming. God what I would give to be able to curl up on my side xx

    Hi Ruth
    You could try using lots of pillows to support your boobs so u can lie more in your side that’s why I do

    I’ve been sleeping on my side since week 3, was a bit weird at first but now feels normal. I’m not sure whether there’s a set time for sleeping on your back, I thought it was just the first week. Hopefully I’ve not done it too early 8{

    I was like Trish I started sleeping on my side at about week two or three. One day I woke up on my left side and thought well I must be ready although I didn’t feel comfortable on my right for a few weeks, but I always tried to fall asleep on my back!. I was sooo scared of going on my side at first but waking up in the mornings it was such a benefit not feeling as sore and achey! xoxo

    I had my op on the same day and I’m sleeping on my side already. I was propped up for the first week and my back was killing me! I’m feeling much better now though 🙂

    I started sleeping on my side a couple of weeks after but with a cushion under my boobs. I must admit though it would sometimes make me wake up achy so I’d end up on my back again. I’m 7 weeks post op now and been sleeping on my front abit but sometimes makes me feel like I’m going to squash them but the nurse said its fine and the implants are strong so it would take a lot to damage them. Xx
