Girls I can’t sleep it’s awful! Keep finding myself almost lying flat and don’t want to do damage! hate it! Can’t wait to sleep on my side!
I feel so worn out from lack of sleep. Pain isn’t too bad more uncomfortable wen I move and the muscle contracts! X

I’m same Hun altho I did manage sleep last night but not a deal, just spoke to the nurse and she said it reduces the swelling that’s why they ask you to sleep upright and she said how I’m feeling now will be 100% better by next so I’m focusing on that, hope you find some comfort Hun try sleeping on the settee of it feels any better that’s why I did last night xxx

Put a pillow under your bum to stop you sliding down, that’s what I had to do! Back was in half for days sleeping on back upright though 🙁 xx

V pillows are great, its only natural that you will move and slide down in your sleep a little.

If you can take sleep tablets, thats what im doing this time round.. im also asking for tramadol instead of co drydomol (not sure if i spelt that right) x
