sleeping/ pain help???

Hey ladies …… does anyone else get really bad pain in the boob or boobs when they are lay flat…. when I am lay flat on my back to go to sleep I get really bad pain in my right boob is it normal? X

arnt you supposed to be sleeping at a 45 degree angle babe? x

Im 2 weeks post op my nurse said I could sleep on my back when the implants disnt feel heavy on my chest I have I have slept on my back for 4 days now and last night I had the worst pain in my right boob x
