Hey girls hope you’re all doing well!
Do any of you have any tips to share with sleeping upright? I’m POD5 now and struggling to sleep so bad. I’ve tried everything, I’ve got my v pillow, lots of pillows behind me, I’m even sat on one. It doesn’t matter what I do I either slide down the bed, can’t get comfy or my bum starts to ache.
Any suggestions would be wonderful, I’m starting to dread going to bed at night 🙁
