Sleeping positions

Hi girls how long do you have to sleep sitting up please?

I think it’s two weeks. I have 5 nights left. Hating it although I will find sleeping flat on my back just as hard lol x

How long do you actually have to sleep on your back for????. I sleep on my front- both arms above my head and can not sleep any other way. My surgery is in 5 weeks, and the sleeping is the bit i am absolutely dredding! I want to cut 2 holes in my mattress to fit my boobs in! hahaha

Upright for 2 weeks. And then on your back for 4 weeks. The nurse will let you know at your 6WPO appointment if you can sleep in different positions after. Xx
