Sleeping post op

I’m 3 days post op and fed up of sleeping upright already! how long do you have to wait until I can lie flat? x

I’m glad you asked this was just about to search…its driving me insane just want to lie down. …..my back & Bum are aching x

Hi girls, 🙂 I’m finding it ok sleeping upright ATM. My nurse can lie flat after 1 week but only if it’s comfortable and with extra pillows to support your boobs. I’ve been sleeping on sofa as my bed is too soft I keep slipping down. XxX

Yeah my back is in agony I just want to be able to lie flat:( maybe ill have to wait for my week post op appointment and find out when I can lie flat! xx

I’m nearly 2 weeks post op and I’m still not lying flat. When I lie flat it hurts to get up and boobs feel really achey after so I haven’t bothered x

oh really? it kills me boobs when I try and sit up from being led upright let alone lying flat! just want to be able to sleep properly:( lol xx
