    Hey girls.
So I’m 2DPO at the moment. I’ve been sleeping upright with my v pillow behind me, a few cushions to support the middle Of my back and a pillow under my knees to stop me from slipping.
I know we have to be on our backs up til like 6/8weeks but is it just the first 2 weeks we’re at the 45degree angle? Then we can be flat on our backs? I’m in so much agony sleeping upright. And I just want to lay down. I know I have ages to wait, but I just wondered if it’s only the first 2 weeks.
    Thanks

I feel your pain Courtny, I’m 4 days post op and my back is killing me. I’ve asked my friend to pop out to get me some heat patches for my back. I don’t know how I’m going to manage the next few days sleeping like this never mind another week!

I slept upright for the first 2 weeks or so but my surgeon told me it’s fine to sleep whatever way is comfortable. So once the pain subsided I felt I was able to lay flat xx

Thanks girls, I’m gonna try sleep a little flatter tonight but not completely it’s to see if that eases my back a bit. Other than my back and the severe bloating (I look majorly pregnant) and feel super uncomfortable, my boobs have been okay which is good. X
