Hey,
I’m nearly 2 weeks post op and I no longer have pain just mild discomfort when doing certain things or moving awkwardly.
However,
I’m usually a tummy sleeper and obviously was advised by my surgeon to sleep at a slightly declined angle on my back meaning for these last 2 weeks I have hardly slept as I end up so uncomfortable and my back is so achy in the morning. I’ve tried re-arranging pillows, using more/less pillows, using a hot water bottle under my back but I cannot get comfortable. Any advice or did anyone just give in and sleep on their side anyway? 😂
