I’m 3 d po and would like to know when you can lay flat as this is difficult to sleep at this angle hence awake at 1.30am ???? Maybe someone can enlighten us would be great to know!

The reason they tell you to sleep sitting up is to avoid fluid buildup, stretching your incisions if you lay flat you’ll pull on them, and it protects displacing your implants ( so the don’t fall under your armpits) I’m always sleeping on my belly but for the first 2 weeks I uncomfortably slept sitting up the started sleeping on my side for another. 2 weeks. It was so frustrating and irritating but It’s worth it girls … Think of your results!

Thank you that’s great information and yes it’s worth it at the end and actually it’s not too bad once you eventually get comfy and fall asleep. Git to go with it if we want nice bobbies ????

I was told to lay on back and prop on cushions to keep a 45 degree angle for couple of weeks at least. I’m not sure if that what everyone advised think everyone advised differently so I would just find out just so you know for you’re peace of mind.

I think we all get advised differently and what they feel is suitable and advisable. Slept well last night so getting use to it!
