Hiya,I was just wondering how long we have to sleep sitting up for, because Im day two and I’m already bored of it. Is the sleeping upright just for comfort or is it for the healing. I don’t want to hinder my recovery, but I’m finding it really difficult to stay upright, and I thin will get a much better nights sleep if I sleep laying down. Any advice? xx

10 days?! Yikes, I was told 48hrs, it’s to help with the swelling. Was on my side after 5 days. No harm done though, as all OK at 6weeks! x
