Sleeping upright??

Hey girls has BA on Monday an had very little sleep since, last night I slept on my side an slept like a baby! My noobs feel fine an wasn’t in any pain I just put pillow there so didn’t roll over! When was your first night not sleeping like a plank x

I would say if you wake u and not in pain then ur fine. I think I slept on my side at about 2 weeks but it’s what ever feels comfy. I have just started to sleep on my front at 9 weeks and that’s been comfortable as I’ve been trying since 6 weeks to sleep on my front. Just what ever is comfy and u don’t wake up in pain
