    Just had my op today, my nurse didnt explain how long I have to sleep upright or anything about bathing? I was so spaced out at the hospital I didn’t even think to ask lol, someone help mee 🙂 don’t know what if do without this forum lol xxx

    they like you to try sleeping upright for 10 days , and dont have a deep bath that will getur wounds wet till after about 6 weeks but ur have a check up next week and they will confirm details for sure then! if u shower keep incisions dry. some people r able to fully bath and shower in less than 6 weeks, but stick to thinking 6 weeks till you are told buy nurse xx ps if you have a bath in first couple of weeks make sure you have someone to help you stand up and get out coz you cant pull or push your self up as it hurts and you have to be carefull x

    they like you to sleep upright whilst your implants settel into there pockets, u just need to prop a few pillows behind you or get the v pillow to prop u up .
    to be honnest after a few days u do slide down in your sleep lol

    you can have a bath now hun, but it has to be shallow so your insision’s dont get wet xx
