Sleeping upright day 13

Please can someone tell me I can sleep lying flat ish tonight tomorrow is 2 weeks post op but I cannot sleep another night in horrific pain with my back!! Will I be ok tonight?? X

I had my 1wpo appointment today and was told I can sleep on my back now, the reason why they tell you not to is because the weight of the implants can be too much on your chest and it could cause a bit of pain when you wake up bit I’ve been told I can trial it and see how I go xx
