Small cheasted girls who've had overs?

Hi girls!

So I’m having revision surgey and taking my under 445 to over 445. Started off 32A. I might push for 495 as I wouldn’t mind them bigger.

My worry is being So small previously what’s the chances of rippling? And also, are they going to look more ‘football’ boob like?

Anyone who’s had overs from a small cup are you happy with your results?

Any advice would be grately appreciated 🙂

Im a 28/30 chest
Size 8 clothes
And have had 750 cc overs from a 32 a /aa xx
My boobs look really good so ull be fine xx

i had 300cc overs, am a size 8 on top and bottom and 5″8, people telll me they never know my boobs are fake unless they see them up close in a push up bra which i wore like once by mistake!xx
