Small Frame

I am currently researching into having a breast enlargement as i am currently only a small A cup, I have a small frame & i wouldnt want anything too big as it would look silly on me & i dont want something to big sticking on my chest, Im thinking just going to a B/C cup, I dont know if this is possible as alls i ever see is the smallest being a DD! Can anybody help me? Has anybody had a small implant? & if so what size did you end up?

Hi Rachael. I am very small frame and also quite short. I had the same concern as you do as don’t want to look silly. I’ve seen my surgeon last week and told him I want to be a full C or small D and he recommended 275 and 300 cc (my breasts are slightly different is size). But you can have smaller implants, not sure about the size of the smallest one but heard some girls had 250cc. To be honest I think you would benefit from having a consultation with the surgeon – it is free so no need to commit to anything. At least you will have some options. x

Hi Rachel. I haven’t seen the surgeon yet so can’t talk about sizing because it’s the surgeon that is going to guide me. I said in my first consultation with my patient coordinator that I want big enough but nothing too drastic as like you I have a tiny frame. She advised me to have a consultation with Dr Kazzazi as he is all about natural looking and he will not go above what he thinks will suit your frame. Have a consultation chick, MYA have been great so far and I can’t wait to meet the surgeon so that he can advise me what will look best on me. It is completely free from first consultation to meeting your surgeon. Tell your patient coordinator exactly what you want and she will put you with the surgeon she thinks best for your needs x

Hiyer Girls, Thankyou i was wondering what CC would be what size as alls i ever see is like 350 & over so i was thinking is there a smaller CC !i literally just want a natural look & nothing big at all ! Ive booked in a consultation for next Tuesday so im hoping maybe they can tell me the sizes etc ! & i have seen a few posts about Dr. Kazzazi being more of a natural look , Would you be able to message me once youve had your consultation with the surgeon?! Its just so hard to try & find people who arnt wanting them too big etc xxx

I also have a small frame size 4/6 5ft3 71/2 st currently a 32 b asked for a small d and I’m having 300hp partials next week. If you say your an a cup you will probably be offered unders and in my opinion they look smaller than when placed over the muscle. 250 unders would probably get you a c . Try adding some of the girls on here with smaller size implants and you can see they can look really natural and in proportion xx

Once I have seen Mr Kazzazi I will definitely send you a message and let you know how I get on Rachael. But honestly, meeting the patient coordinator will answer loads of your questions and she will talk to you about exactly what you want. The surgeon will definitely be the one to advise you on sizes though, what will be best for you and trying to learn exactly what you want. You don’t have to go massive just because you’re looking at a breast enlargement…it’s all about what you want and what will make you happy xx

Hey. I have a very tiny frame size 4/6 and I’m currently 30a. I was advised to go for 290 high profile unders as this will give me a very natural look, Im having teardrops not round implants xx

I’m 3 days post op and had 250 understand with Mr kazazzi. Can’t comment on what they look like yet as I have strapping but they look I proportion so far. Any questions just ask.

@Laura – hope you don’t mind the add. Would love a peak at your pics at some point for comparison in sizes. I have been recommended 275/300 but don’t want to look too big. xx

Before I saw a surgeon with Mya I saw a breast specialist with Nucosmetics and he was adamant 240cc and 265cc would take me from an a to a D cup and he wouldn’t go any bigger at all. (Since been told I could have up to 500) but just to give you an idea there are smaller implants xx

Hiyer Girls, Awww thankyou that all helps alot giving me abit more information about sizes etc & what would be best, Ive added the girl names kate on instagram to see her pics & im gunna carry on looking around to find more before & after pics 🙂 I think by the sounds of it, it would be from around a 250+ To get me to a C but im best seeing what the surgeon says etc ! I am a small frame with 32a-32aa. Had my surgery on Sunday with Dr KAzzazi & had 275hp under muscle taking me to a 32c. I just want to look natural with nothing big. I will see them properly next week when strapping removed & swelling gone down. It does all depend on each individual & what they already have, I just said I would like to be a b/c cup but would go with Dr Kazzazi’s recommendations x

Hi I had my op on Sunday from 32a/aa with 275hp unders to a 32b/c. I just wanted natural look nothing big, the one reason I picked DR Kazazzi. I did leave it up to him to advise as all depends on your body x
