    Hi everyone!

I’m struggling here as i would ideally like to have 175/200/225 implants but can’t find anyone on here that’s had those!!

i’m currently really flat, 5’6” and about 7.5 stone!

If anyone has had implants if te please can i see before or afters? what size did you want to be/end up!

what cup size are you looking to be? Because small implants won’t give you much volume as it takes on average 100-150 CC to increase by one cup size depending on your breast tissue. I was completely flat, 32AA but had 375cc unders, ultra high profile. I’m only 3 weeks po but looking at my boobs, they look like a C or D, I’m hoping for a D.

I’m wanting to be a full B maybe C, going too big scares me and if i ended up a D i’d be terrified!

For a full B cup 225 should be fine, you need about 150 to fill a cup so less than 300 shouldn’t bring you to a D. I think 175 is very small and you might end up with wishing you were bigger afterwards, so I’d advise go the biggest you are offered.

hmm see this is why i worry! i’ve seen a girl get 295cc and measure an E when she started an A! guess i’ll just have to speak to a surgeon about it!

    Thank you for helping

If it helps I was a 32AA before and was offered 225cc and 250cc HP under the muscle implants by dr lutz , on the day she said she would go with whatever would fit (she fit 250cc but she did partial not under the muscle completely) I’ve attached a photo I’m only 3 weeks post op so they should drop and fluff , I got a fitting the other day she said I’m a 32C but should drop and fluff to a D of DD ? I have a very petite frame I’m 5’2 and size 6 or extra small in most clothes

Hi girls, I’m having a similar dilemma!
I am 5ft 1, 48kg, very petite frame. 32a (more like AA) and wanted to go a full C at the most a D. Having my op in October and have chosen 250, but not sure if I should go for 275 instead? Opted for round unders! Any suggestions or pics would be appreciated !

What cup size you’ll end up with depends a lot on what your breast width diameter (bwd) is to start with. For example I’m 5’1, 46kg and have a very very narrow frame. I’m a size 4-6 in clothes and my bwd is 11cm so I don’t need a big implant to get me to a D cup even from a flat A cup now. On my frame, 295cc would take me to a full D cup, but on someone taller than me who has a wider bwd, that might only take them to a full B. It’s difficult to tell without knowing your bwd and current weight/ band size

i’ve finally got a consultation booked for 4th feb so i’ll let you all know what i’m offered based on telling the surgeon my desired outcome! i didn’t realise until recently that it all depended on chest width too!!

Hi Charlotte, yes it depends on this and other factors too. That’s why doctors don’t really like to talk to ‘bra cups’ and the prefer more in cc and in what look one tries to achieve. Good luck!
