Small implants for someone with a small build looking natural. Help?

Hi girls, I’m getting a breast enlargement soon and I have quite a small build and my height is 5ft5.
Has anyone had small implants recently and have a small build? I’m just so worried they’ll look fake or too big. Thank you xxx

I’m living in US and still searching for the size I want. I’m 5’7 and 137lbs with 34B full and one dr told me to go as big as I’m comfortable with. Another dr told me the max I should go for is 400cc but 375 cc will be really big for me in his opinions. So I hope some of you guys already have them done and give me some ideas of how they looks and what profile etc. I’m so confuse right now.

This is the trial of 600cc. And they thinks I should go with this size but when I ask other dr. He said I might ended up with Uniboob if the implants are too big. Now I’m scare :((
