smoking advice

Hello, I was told that I couldn’t smoke after my opp but is it before aswell I can’t remember. Rules of smoking before and after please. Thanks! X

Hey I think I was told 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after, I couldn’t do it I just didnt smoke on the day of my op and everything has been fine so far xx

My nurse knew I wouldn’t stop so she just told me not to smoke on the day of the op and try to cut down after as it can effect your healing ( not sure if this is true or just a way to get people to stop lol) xx
