THe guidelines are none of the above for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after, you really need to kick smoking all together before your BA as it adds to your chances for gtting CC and can cause a whole host of healing problems. It’s not all that uncommon for women who smoke during/after BA to suffer necrosis, ie your nipple death… they just go black and fall off…. lol

Smoking in general is a bad thing altogether, I’d say of you really enjoy smoking lol which I don’t want to advice it atleast the first 3 months after ba lay off the smoking but after that if its something you really need to do then I can’t stop you but anyway back to why and when to ideally stop before bbreast augmentation would say 2 weeks before to have a few drinks is fine but smoking I’d say to lay that off well before hand maybe a month or even few as smoking has more risks with during surgery being under GA and with the added delay of healing etc I am however guilty lol was my birthday two weeks prior surgery and drank on a weekend away for my birthday but note I did not drink any spirit drinks or smoke..
