Smooth or textured implants?

I have my surgery booked in for January 30th and I was originally meant to be having textured implants but due to the company being in the news about not getting their new license their textured implants have been removed from the market. So now I feel like I’m having to go with smooth implants without any choice. Is anyone else in the same boat? Is anyone happy they chose smooth over textured? I’m just worried about them looking saggy as I am going quite large.
