Smooth Vs textured implants HELP

Anyone know the difference between the price of smooth and textured implants? I have my BA 5 months ago I have developed rippling on my left boob I have since found out that smooth have less chance of rippling and are best for women with little or no natural breast tissue like myself,
I wasn’t told this at my first consultation just that the best one to go with were naturell soft touch textured. Just want to know if the naturell soft touch textured are more expensive then the smooth x

Hi not sure of cost however my first implants were smooth and I got bad rippling. I was totally flat to start with and my implants were fairly small (240cc). I just had 620 & 685 textured teardrops and so far my rippling is very minimal, slightly on inside of boobs when I lean forward and hardly noticeable. Have you lost weight since your op? X
