So annoyed !

Really disappointed to have just recieved a phone call by mya .. My 6week check was booked in for 28th January and ive just received a phone call telling me that the nurse is not going to be there so it has to be postponed until at least 3rd feb.. I’ve heard so many girls say the exact same thing and I’m afraid this just isn’t good enough.. I don’t pay all that money for my appointments to be constantly changed and cancelled .. And I’m pretty sure this is more to do with the fact that they’d rather use these slots for new patients as its new money .. Sorry for the rant! My experience regarding surgery was faultless it’s just a shame they don’t care once that’s over .. It’s a big an exciting thing for us being able to get measured and do normal things like go to the gym and bath! Not impressed as its not the first time either ..

Bless you. I’ve read a few people on here saying the same thing as you. They shouldn’t be changing appointments last minute incase people need time off work. I’ve been lucky so far haven’t been messed about but it’s early days for me yet.

I already passed 6 weeks and only going on Tuesday for the appointment. Go get measure hun I don’t c the reason why wouldn’t you x

I know @karolina I will hun but still need the go ahead to get back to training and bath and wear bras etc .. It sounds petty but this isn’t nhs it’s private but it doesn’t seem as if they’re providing private level care in my opinion ..

Aw babe That’s awful! Isn’t there another nurse you could see? Id ring up n make them let you see someone else because that’s just not right! I hope you get sorted soon xx

Exactly apparently there’s no other nurses? Really? It’s almost insulting my intelligence tbh.. I knew it was coming because a girl who has her 6week po appointment the same day as me recieved a phone call last week to cancel on her .. So they’ve known over a week but only just calling me now? It’s not good enough im afraid.. And it saddens me tbh because I’ve done nothing but sing their praises .. They let themselves down big time on their aftercare but I guess their priority is fueled by pound signs and not quality of care .. Such a shame …

Ah hun that must be so annoying especially at 6 weeks dont blame u for being annoyed.. on the other hand i think even with my clinic there is only 1 or 2 nurses.. and they have nothing to do with getting new ppl n the money making side.. i think the way things are run keeps the costs to us low.. other companies are far more expensive.. that being said 1 cancelled appointment ok but 2 thats not good.. ive never experienced this problem.. but i would be annoyed if it happened n they would hear about it.. put a complaint in hun x

Im having my 6 weeks check up at 8 weeks!! I had to change my original date bcos I have a family dinner to attend that night. Nearest they could fit me in was two days after I hit 8 weeks. I can only attend evening appointments due to work commitments and they are only doing one late night a week now I believe 🙁 I was told I can go get measured etc just not wear them properly until after my check up 🙁 xxx
