I’m 15 weeks post op from Rhinoplasty with Mr Gonschior.
When I had my cast removed, I was promised I’d be called ASAP with a post op appointment as at the time there were none.
Time passed – no calls.
My MYA consultant left the company and I was told my new one would arrange it for me, I had no one contact me, and no number for her. So I decided I better call.
At 5 weeks I called, was told I’d be called back with an appointment – ignored.
In between I’ve sent emails, spoken on live chat, called the main line number and the clinic, and I’ve been told I’d get a call back or to keep calling the clinic – ignored.
Last week I tried live chat again, where I was actually blanked by the person talking to me.
And this morning, I tried live chat again, they told me to call the clinic, which I did, left a message – yet again ignored.
I’m 15 weeks post op now and I’m really angry!
If it’s not possible to make people appointments afterwards, then the surgery shouldn’t be booked. Anything could happen in this time, where someone needs to be seen.
I feel like now you’ve had my money, which I saved over 2 years for, no one cares.
I have had a few nose bleeds and it’s worrying, is it normal – I don’t know – because no one replies!
Please, please. please help me!

thats disgusting the way youve bn treated!make an official complaint, all the details u need is at the back of the contract, they have a responsibility to provide u with aftercare thats what youve paid the money for. I found the live chat thing frustrating aswell, they seem really nice at first, i was inquiring into botox through mya as i had had a ba and was happy with the service, i wanted to no prices roughly as didnt want too waste my time and the clinics by goin to a consultation and finding out i couldnt afford it, the two ppl i spoke to on the live chat completely ignored me!eventually the third person gave me a rough price, i understand that there an certain limits to the information they can give u but an explanation would be better than sheer ignorance.hope u get it sorted hun xx

I know it’s ridiculous. I work a lot so don’t really have the time to be chasing them, and tbh I feel like ‘why should I even do that’ I’ve paid over 5 grand for their service and for that I expect a bloody good one!

That’s awful! Like I said, this will put hundreds of people off booking with MYA. It seems the bigger a company gets, the more likely you are just a number once they have your money. COME ON MYA MOD!!!!!!!
It is making me wary… I have x2 consultations with Mya and they had a good chance of me booking with them, however experiences like jodifox’s is defiantly making me wonder if I’d be better going to an independent surgeon…You’d really hope for a better service from such a big company.

I’m only for what, like someone to take 2 minutes to call me and make me an appointment.
And then 10 minutes of his time – if that.
When I had my last consult with him I waited two hours in the waiting room, I will do it all over again – I just want to see him!!
Have you thought about going down the complaint route..? Sure sounds like a failure of service to me and as such such be looked into at a higher level… Just a though hun 🙂

Yes I have, my idea was to do so if I haven’t heard anything by Monday morning, but tbh – I think they’re so behind on calling me I should do so anyway!

Any good company worth it’s salt should openly welcome complaints as its a measure for them of the service they provide, and to give open and honest feed back to their client and staff alike…Make sure you Bump this topic tomorrow morning for Mod to see. x
Just wanted to let you all know I still haven’t heard anything.
In the process of speaking with my local Law Centre to write an official letter of complaint.
Angry and upset doesn’t even cut it!

The customer service from MYA is awful, and would prevent me from having anything done with them again.
My PC was lovely when she was trying to get money from me.. As soon as i started the process she got arsey.
It’s the most shocking customer service I’ve ever come accross… I’ve always had to wait at least over an hour past my appointment for consultations/nurses appointments/meeting the surgeon/ etc.. Been docked wages at work for being so late.. MYA just don’t really care for their patients 🙁 xx
Natasha that awful… Being docked your wages too…! I know that lots of ladies on here ave had a great experience but its the Mya clients that don’t that really count. x

I have my 6 week pre op appointment on the 1st of March.
It’s 3 months late, but it’s finally booked!

answer to this is NO… there would be up roar..! Really slack to say the least. I wonder if any of these comments ever make it up to the top level Exec’s to see.. surely they would want better for their company??
Also just thought … All the celebs that pop into Mya … do you think they would receive such shoddy service… Ummm I guess not!! Gotta ask why one section of Mya’s clients are more important than the rest..??
