So annoyed. My date has been put back 1 week and is now on 23rd June.

So I was expecting a call detailing the rime of my op that was booked for today, got the call last Thursday to say the date must change to the following week! I’m a single mother with 3 kids, I work and have also had to have a friend take time off work to take and bring me home as the hospital is over 2 hours drive from my house. I’m having an uplift as well as implants. Now the date has changed I’m having to get the train alone the day before, stay in a hotel alone then wait for a friend picking me up the next day. To say it has spoilt my experience so far is an understatement and has cause extra expense, stress and anxiety, along with messing around my friends work pattern and re arranging babysitters I feel so annoyed with the matter of fact way this has been handled on MYA’s side. These boobs better be worth it! Has anyone else had this problem with dates changing?

Sure! I would ask for compensation in some form .. Pay for hotel or money off perhaps ?? You’ve done a lot of work for this . Hang in there girl .. It’s worth it

Ohh jane what a bummer!!! Please sit tight and I can honestly say it will 100% be worth the wait and you will feel like a whole new person I promise! I guess it couldn’t be helped but all this will pay off! Let me know if you think of anything before op okay xx

I had my date cancelled, I was due to have my op in April and had to re-arrange as the surgeon cancelled three days before. It was horrible, I was so excited and had everything planned. My dates now 24th June, I spoke to mya about how upset I was and they were amazing, so kind and understanding. I’m sure if you tell them they will help you out. I was allowed to change the date to one that suited me as I had already booked a festival and holiday. xxx
