So been waiting 4 hours nowwwww!!

So admission time was 9.30 this morning and still not been seen by the surgeon or gone down for op yet 🙁 so hungry and thirsty!! Anyone else have to wait this long?? X

Hi Hun my admission time was 12 n my op was 230, are they busy??

🙁 they must be .. Surgeon has been up now something delayed them this morning or something .. Fed up of waiting now! Hope it’s worth the wait! Xx

Hi holly my admission time was 1130 and finally went down at 1730. Was so hungry and thirsty, I was more annoyed with the fact the nurse told me I was going down at 1530 that came and went without an update. Was so angry I went to the reception and tried to get an answer. X

yeh I had to wait as well, 9am admission time, but operations wasn’t until 12.30 ,,.. good luck!! Im sure you will find its worth the wait (was annoying though waiting all that time!! ) xxx

Finally all done and back in room 🙂 … @sarah yeah I was told 12 aswell then wasn’t until after 2! And I went reception to ask and she didn’t have a clue lol .. Nurses have been lovely though and apart from abit of sawness not feeling too bad (touch wood) zx

Hi Hun my admission time was 9 saw surgeon at 11 and he said I would be in theatre within the hour and then I never went down to 2.10 . No one told me anything so my sister asked and there had been complications in theatre with the patient before me . I’m now 3 days post op now and I’m ok just can’t wait for strapping to come off . Happy heeling and congratulations Hun x

Sounds exactly like what happened to me then! Luckily I dot have strapping as heard its painful! What size did you have? Xx

And just found out he was able to use the 415 instead of 385 too which is good news 😀 xx

Yeah worth the annoyance then! Yeah I need to get some ice packs or frozen peas lol had some on it here but forgot to get some for home .. How have you been feeling? Xx

Hi Hun I haven’t been able to upload any of my pictures , ice packs have helped and I’ve even had peas on my boobs lol . I have been feeling fine been able to do way more than I expected to be able to do I can lift my arms up, even went out Friday night with the girls from work for a hen do meal .

I’m not going to lie its very uncomfortable and I’m a nurse so I knew what to expect. Just take nice deep breaths as they pull them out.

Ah same here! I had overs not too bad just like you said quite tight in the middle where I think the skin had had to stretch the most .. Haven’t bothered with the codein yet as think that’s what give you a bad tummy so just on the paracetamol until it gets worse lol xx
