So bloated !!

Hi girls

I am now 5 day PO feeling fine and no pain but my belly is sooo bloated and swollen 🙁 !! I actually look about 6 months pregnant ! Any advice on how to calm it down ?

That is completely normal unfortunately! It won’t last long so don’t panic 🙂 Usually the bloating is down to the pain meds. I felt bloated for a few days, not nice is it! Congrats on your new boobies! xx

I look pregnant to and can’t fit in any of my clothes im 6days post op and still on mess because don’t wana feel any pain! I would love to know how to get rid of this baby im carrying never looked like this in my life! X

I was expecting it for a couple of days anyway but thought it wouldve went down a bit by now ! I actually do look pregnant haha . Just hope it starts to go down soon ! Ive heard peppermint tea is good for bloating so been drinking that! Theyre looking good tho , still hard to tell in my macom bra but from what i can see im in love and cant wait til i can wear normal bras ? so happy i got them done! @rhian how are yours looking 7 days PO? XXX

I’m sooooo bloated too I’m po4 days and it’s killing. Boobs are a little gender still to but I had partials so assuming some muscle is cut and takes a little loner to heal? Xx

Ah girls! I remember this annoying bloat! I promise to you all it does go! I even started waddling at one point so people didn’t stare ahaha! But between days 7-10 you generally notice it slowly going 🙂 xx

My bloating has finally eased off 10 days post op! Thank god haha, such an awful feeling! Don’t worry, it’ll soon calm down ?

I am 10 days post op and still very bloated in tummy, looking 5 months pregnant. Only good thing is that somebody gave up their seat for me on the tube coming home from Notting Hill Carnival, bless !!
