I felt the same day three but each day it does get better, I promise! The bloat goes down and the pain subsides. I’m only on day 6 and they look so different already. A lot more normal ๐
Try to drink lots of water and peppermint, eat lots of veg / fibre as that helped me and walk around as much as you can when you feel up to it. You’re probably more hunched than you realise which isn’t helping the bloat or how it feels but it does all get better x
